We had a great stay. Best aspects were clean hotel, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, and convenient location to transportation and parking.

The hotel is located conveniently, close to main attractions and transport links. the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. the service is friendly and prompt, with well-trained staff. the breakfast offers a decent variety of options. the hotel has several facilities, such as a karaoke lounge and a casino.

Some guests have reported difficulty communicating with staff due to language barriers.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and professional, providing a warm welcome upon arrival and making me feel at home during my stay. The location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was situated close to several attractions that I wanted to check out. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a pleasant experience.

Although the hotel was nice, I did feel like the staff could have been better trained and more capable of communicating in English. This made it difficult to express my concerns or ask questions during my stay.

The front office staff was great. Entire staff was professional. Good investment. Hotel is well managed.

The free toiletries and hairdryer provided added to the comfort of my stay. The room itself was well-appointed, with an AM/FM alarm clock and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. I also appreciated the carpeted floor, which added to the overall cozy ambiance. The dining options were diverse and delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The leisure facilities, including the Wi-Fi and shuttle service, were a definite highlight. my experience at this hotel was fantastic.

The room size was good and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast served was tasty with good options to choose from. The location was great as it was close to tourist spots around the area.

The staff needs to improve their communication skills and train more on customer service. It was frustrating trying to communicate with the staff due to a language barrier. They seemed to lack enthusiasm and motivation when dealing with guests. During my stay, the cleaning in the common areas seemed to be below par. the experience was below average, and I would not recommend this hotel.
